Verriers Engineering Services was established in 1946 and built a strong reputation within the industry by delivering quality workmanship and a reliable service.

Now under the direction of a 3rd generation of family, Verriers continues to service many industries including Transport, Rail, Oil & Gas, Mining and Automotive.

Verriers has a broad range of services including CNC Machining, Conventional Machining, Driveshaft Manufacture, Stud Removal, Fabrication, Diff Housing Straightening and Repair.

CAPABILITIES AND SERVICES

Verriers Engineering boasts a wide range of capabilities including both CNC and Conventional Machining with the recent addition of an 8 axis lathe. Our other services include Driveshaft manufacture, Diff Housing straightening and repair, Stud Removal and Fabrication. Verriers is the one stop shop that industry has counted on since 1946.

CNC Machining

With 6 CNC machines and CAD/CAM software, Verriers provides fast, reliable service for one off complex parts and high volume needs.

Conventional Machining

Verriers has Conventional Machining capacity up to 1500mm diametre and 4mtrs in length, Milling and Boring to 1500mm.

Driveshaft Manufacture

Verriers Engineering has excellent reputation for Driveshaft/Manufacture and can provide solutions to any driveline requirement. 

Diff Housing Repair

From Cars and 4WD's to Trucks and Earthmoving equipment Verriers can straighten and repair any diff housing and using a specialised procedure re-quill a housing avoiding costly housing replacement.

Stud Removal

Broken a bolt? Onsite or In-house Verriers can get it out. Using various techniques including Spark Eroding that broken or seized bolt can be removed.

Specialised Welding

Verriers Engineering has a strong reputation for welding and in particular the welding of Cast Iron. Verriers has often repaired cast iron components such as housings that had been thought to be beyond repair.
