Impala Plastics is a family business that has been established since 1986 & has the largest offering of late model injection moulding equipment in WA. Our range of equipment goes from 25T - 1000T moulding machines separated into 2 distinct areas for smaller machines then larger equipment.

For over 20 years we have specialised in plastic core trays making the largest range of mining core trays available with many complimentary exploration products which are proprietary Impala lines.

We were the first injection moulding company in Perth to gain quality accreditation which has been updated over the years to keep pace with the evolving Australian Standard currently ISO 9001:2015

As we have a fully developed moulding shop with periodic updates to our machinery the more recent focus has been on expanding the plastic toolmaking / mould making side of the business. Initially so we were completely self sufficient from an internal maintenance perspective & we are now ready & able to take on outside projects from prototype development through to full production in our range of late model moulding equipment.

As our recent investment plan has focused on modern high end CNC toolroom equipment we are now well placed to manufacture tooling at very competitive rates to a high standard & where projects are commercially viable open to joint ventures which further reduces the capital expenditure for customers looking to develop new products in the injection moulding area.

Therefore we welcome all approaches for mutual benefit - too many ideas in recent times have gone overseas which does not help our local economy & employment prospects let alone maintaining local engineering skills for the future which have been seriously depleted over the past few years.
